GENERAL POLICY OF THE HOTEL

In order to make your stay pleasant, the management of Raj Kuber seeks your co-operation in adhering to the following, as an agreement between the guest and the hotel:-

  1. Tariff
  2. The tariff is for the room only, and it does NOT include any applicable government tax, or meals. All the other services will also available at extra cost. To know your room-tariff, please contact the Duty Manager. Registration-form has to be signed by you on arrival.

  3. Check-In
  4. Please present your Id-card, passport or temporary-residence card at the time oof check-in. The law requires the visitors to present personal documents for hotel records. The hotel will return these documents to the visitor, after all the formalities are completed

  5. Guests’ Belongings
  6. Guests are particularly requested to ensure safety of all their belongings. The guests should ensure that their room is locked securely, when they leave the room. The management will NOT be responsible in any way, for any loss or damage to the guests’ belongings, or any other property, from either the hotel-room or from any other part of the hotel, for any reason whatsoever (including theft or pilferage) .

  7. Pets
  8. The hotel makes special arrangement for pet, is required. Guests are requested to book, in advance, the desired shelter for their pets.

  9. Luggage Storage
  10. Subject to availability of storage space, the guest can store his/her luggage, at his/her sole risk, in the luggage-room of the hotel. The management will NOT be responsible in any way, for any loss or damage to the guests’ belongings, or any other property. Luggage may not be stored for a period exceeding thirty days in succession.

  11. Hazardous Goods
  12. Bringing hazardous goods (like weapons/firearms, explosives, inflammable objects, poisons, drugs, and foods emitting pungent odour) into the hotel premises is strictly prohibited by the management. Any guest bringing hazardous goods into the hotel will be solely liable and accountable to the management, to the other guests of the hotel, to other invitees and visitors, and to all staff of the hotel, for any loss financial or otherwise. Similarly, gambling and prostitution are strictly prohibited in the hotel premises.

  13. Settlement of Bills
  14. All bills must be settled on presentation, through cash or credit-cards, or debit-cards. Personal cheques are not accepted. Guest planning to check out early in the morning (i.e. before 7:00 a.m.), must settle their bills on the previous day.

  15. Departure
  16. The check-out time at the hotel is 11:00 a.m. Please inform the Reception if you wish to retain the room beyond the check-out time, on the last day of your reservation. If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged for your subsequent stay. If the guest fails to vacate the room on expiry of the period for which it was given to the guest, the management reserves the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest.

  17. Damage to Property
  18. The guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel-property, caused by them, or their guests, or any other person for whose behavior the guests are responsible. In such a situation, the guest(s) will have to pay to the hotel, the market-price.

  19. Right of the Management
  20. It is expected of the guest that s/he will conduct himself/herself in a respectable manner, and s/he will not cause any nuisance or annoyance to anyone within the hotel-premises. In case of any objectionable behavior by the guest(s), the management reserves the right to request the guest(s) to vacate immediately, his/her room or any other area of the hotel, without any previous notice, and without assigning any reason whatsoever-----and the guest(s) shall be bound to vacate the hotel premises when requested to do so. In case of non-compliance by the guest, the management reserves the right to remove the guest, and also his/her belongings from the room occupied by him/her.

  21. Legal Status of the Relation between the Management and the Guest(s)
  22. Nothing herein above shall constitute, or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises, or any part or portion thereof, in favour of any guest or resident, or visitor; and the management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession n of the whole of hotel premises.

  23. Government Rules and Regulations, and Application of Law
  24. Guests are expected to observe, abide by, conform to, and be bound by all applicable Acts and laws, and government rules and regulation, in force from time to time.

  25. Photography and Videography
  26. Using photographs and videos taken inside the hotel premises, for commercial or public purposes, is illegal. Those doing so without the prior written permission of the hotel management, are liable to prosecution.

The management reserved with itself the right to add, or alter the terms, conditions, and rules which are a part, and an abstract of the Lodging Act

Guests must read the above terms and conditions carefully before confirming or booking rooms with the hotel. Any confirmation or booking with the hotel means that our guests agree with, and are bound by the aforesaid policies of the hotel.
